How to install Hollywood
========================

1) Amiga and compatibles:
   a) Run the included Installer script by double-clicking "Install".
   b) Copy the file "Hollywood.key" to "Hollywood:System".


2) Microsoft Windows:
   a) Run Hollywood's installer.
   b) Copy the file "Hollywood.key" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Hollywood"
      (for the 32-bit version) or to "C:\Program Files\Hollywood" (for the
      64-bit version). 


3) macOS:
   a) Drag the "Hollywood.app" application bundle for your desired
      architecture (arm64, x86, x64, or PowerPC) to your "Applications"
      folder.
   b) Copy the file "Hollywood.key" to the following folder within the
      application bundle you have just installed:
      "Hollywood.app/Contents/Resources/HollywoodInterpreter.app/Contents/Resources"
      Note that on macOS folders like "Hollywood.app" appear as files
      although they are folders in reality. Thus, in order to be able
      to copy files to an application bundle folder, you need to right-
      click on "Hollywood.app" in Finder and then select the menu item
      named "Show package contents" in order to be able to navigate
      through the application bundle. Once you have navigated to the
      "Contents/Resources" folder inside "Hollywood.app", select the
      "Show package contents" menu item for "HollywoodInterpreter.app"
      and navigate to "Contents/Resources" once again. Then copy the
      keyfile to this location. 
   c) Note that since "Hollywood.app" is not verified by Apple, you
      might have to remove Gatekeeper's quarantine flag to allow macOS
      to run the program. The quarantine flag can be removed from the
      terminal like this:

        $ xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Hollywood.app 


4) Linux
   a) Drag the "Hollywood" folder for your desired architecture (x86,
      x64, PowerPC, or ARM) to your place of choice on your hard-drive.
   b) Copy the file "Hollywood.key" to where you've just copied the "Hollywood"
      folder. "Hollywood.key" has to be in the same folder as the files
      "Hollywood" and "Hollywood.sys". 
   c) To access Hollywood's GUI, run the "Hollywood" program. To use
      Hollywood from a console, run the "Interpreter" program.
